Job Summary

Lead and supervise the plant's Quality systems to ensure FSQ compliance with regulatory, federal, and local laws. Drive KPI achievement through audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement. Manage KHMS alignment, train QA/Production teams, oversee HACCP/OPRP validation, support audits and inspections, and coordinate cross-functional teams to sustain site certifications.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, define, and direct the site auditing control program to ensure compliance to all procedures, GMP standards, Kraft Heinz requirements, and regulatory, federal and local laws.
•Ensure FSQ principles through routine auditing, reporting and trending of processes and regulatory controls.
•Support the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) and operational standards as outlined in the plant accountability list.
•Train, mentor, and lead site QA and Production team to ensure program goals are met.
•Adhere to approved change control procedures, to include reviewing partial HACCP plans and issuing Agile change requests, as needed.

Salary: 77,800 - 97,300 annually

•Proven history of technical quality or production knowledge of policies & programs in Food or relevant manufacturing settings.
•Education or Operational/On the job knowledge of Food Science, Food Production, Manufacturing Quality/Operations, or other relevant environments.
•Strong leadership, technical, communication and interpersonal skills required along with attention to detail.
•Knowledge of quality or production systems, procedures, & policies. Handle multiple assignments, develop work plans, & prioritize.
•Knowledge of statistical processes.
