Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise daily operations for a team of Security Officers, including planning, scheduling, timesheets, and directing routine and special projects.
  • •Monitor security operations during shift to ensure the data center and surrounding property remain secure and inaccessible to unauthorized personnel.
  • •Act as first point of contact during security incidents, assist investigations, gather evidence, and prepare incident reports in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • •Administer security systems on shift, including access control, CCTV, digital video recording, and photo badging.
  • •Develop and enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures, guiding team members to meet unique client requirements and maintaining client relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •High School or GED required, with post-school qualification or equivalent combination of experience and occupational training/certifications.
  • •Familiarity with security management, preferably in a data center or critical infrastructure environment.
  • •Knowledge of physical security systems, including access control, surveillance technologies, and incident response procedures.
  • •Experience using security systems and tools such as access control systems and CCTV.
  • •Recognition of leadership skills to learn to motivate and manage a team of Security Guards effectively.
