Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of assigned shifts, including safety/cleanliness, quality, training, and warehouse/kitchen processes.
  • •Maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and other assets to prevent loss or theft.
  • •Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately, communicate when issues arise, and support smooth Dasher pickups.
  • •Guide Operations Associates to work safely and productively, and serve as the point of escalation for daily operations.
  • •Support operations in both the warehouse and kitchen, assist with day-to-day tasks, and contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent (college diploma preferred).
  • •Organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets, with flexibility for different shifts.
