Capital Markets Analyst Senior

Own USAA’s credit facility and third-party bank/rating agency relationship management, serving as the primary point of contact and managing internal and external stakeholder expectations. Lead end-to-end capital markets processes including offering documents, underwriting decisions, approvals, due diligence responses, and amend-and-extend documentation. Negotiate pricing and terms, maintain and report on debt covenants, and lead risk evaluation while ensuring activities follow risk and compliance policies.
