Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to all safety procedures and report potentially unsafe conditions immediately.
  • •Operate mobile equipment and machine operations to support Autonomous Production Units (APUs).
  • •Transfer scrap aluminum, ingots, or coils to the appropriate locations.
  • •Operate various mills to support aluminum manufacturing processes.
  • •Maintain a clean and safe work environment and perform general tasks as assigned by management.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • •Must be able to pass a basic skills assessment (reading comprehension, math, inspection and measuring).
  • •Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • •Ability to lift 50 pounds and maintain an excellent attendance and safety record.
