Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements (marketing, sponsorship, vendor/services, strategic partnerships, and product terms).
  • •Provide day-to-day legal support to multiple business functions including Marketing, Product, Sales, Sourcing, Facilities, and Corporate.
  • •Review and advise on marketing campaigns, advertising materials, promotions, contests, and communications.
  • •Support the development, launch, and maintenance of payment-related products and services, including fraud prevention and risk solutions.
  • •Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda; identify legal risks and develop practical mitigation strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Law degree.
  • •Admission to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
  • •8-10 years of post-qualification legal experience, preferably in-house and/or at a top-tier law firm.
  • •Significant experience in commercial and corporate law with strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
  • •Fluent English (written and spoken).
