Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead execution of construction labor strategies for industrial and semiconductor construction projects, coordinating construction labor topics and elevating risks to protect safety, quality, and schedule commitments.
  • •Support prime builders in delivering stable, skilled labor to meet construction timelines and production targets.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with prime contractors, specialty contractors, union leadership, and trade partners to align on labor plans, efficiency expectations, and compliance requirements.
  • •Support execution of labor agreements, contract renewals, and construction-trades pricing structures.
  • •Provide labor-rate benchmarking, should-cost analysis, and market intelligence; monitor labor performance and workforce-development initiatives to improve labor reliability and decision-making speed.
