Key Responsibilities

  • •Own commercial contracting—draft, review, and negotiate lending agreements independently through signature.
  • •Serve as primary legal point of contact for account executives and customer success to cut turnaround time and build trust.
  • •Design AI-assisted workflows, internal playbooks, and review tooling to increase Legal throughput.
  • •Create repeatable cross-functional workflows between Legal and Sales, Customer Success, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Product.
  • •Extend legal support to the emerging commerce product as the business grows.

Key Requirements

  • •At least three years post-JD experience in commercial law in the consumer finance industry.
  • •Proficiency drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements independently.
