Job Summary

Own day-to-day support for Wise’s global employee platforms as part of the People Technology team. Triage high-volume HR service requests in Jira Service Management, maintain queue accuracy for HR systems, troubleshoot basic application issues, and improve self-service to reduce ticket volume. Partner across squads by flagging recurring friction, keeping internal wikis up to date, and participating in engineering operating rhythms while working with Workday, SmartRecruiters, and Absorb.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage high-speed, high-volume service requests in Jira Service Management, including access requests and how-to guidance for core systems.
•Maintain ticket queue accuracy with high precision and consistency to support HR user satisfaction.
•Identify frequently recurring tickets and signal platform configuration friction to higher-level technicians or leads.
•Maintain documentation and wikis by flagging gaps or outdated platform steps.
•Participate in standardized engineering rituals, including asynchronous daily standups and bi-weekly planning and retrospectives.

Key Requirements

•Experience or familiarity using ticketing systems (Jira Service Management or similar) to manage employee requests.
•Clear written and verbal communication to convey platform information to diverse audiences.
