Key Responsibilities

  • •Support project planning and delivery, assisting Project Managers across development and construction phases.
  • •Maintain and track project schedules, deliverables, and key milestones including stage gates and hold points.
  • •Assist with cost control activities such as forecasting, invoicing, budget tracking, and variance analysis.
  • •Support change management processes including variations, claims tracking, and documentation.
  • •Prepare and maintain project reporting (progress reports, dashboards, and risk registers) and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to align on scope and deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • •2–6 years’ experience in project coordination, project controls, or assistant PM roles (ideally in energy, infrastructure, or consulting).
  • •Strong understanding of the project lifecycle and delivery processes.
  • •Experience with project controls functions including cost, schedule, reporting, and risk tracking.
  • •Familiarity with tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced Excel (or similar reporting tools).
