Key Responsibilities

  • •Own technical support for a specific customer, including escalations, fleet performance, installations, improvement programs, and upgrades.
  • •Act as intermediary and field escalation focal point between customer and the division with technical support and documentation.
  • •Provide Alpha Site support for installation, operation, calibration, service, and/or testing of new in-house hardware, process, or software designs.
  • •Provide Beta Site support for installation, operation, calibration, service, and/or testing of new hardware, software, or processes on customer tools.
  • •Generate and present system performance data (e.g., MTBF, MTBI, availability), create/review technical documentation, and ensure field implementation.
