Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
  • •Proactively grow customer relationships through pre-set appointments, Centers of Influence, disciplined sales processes, follow-up programs, and referrals.
  • •Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships and build internal partnerships.
  • •Educate customers on optimizing their use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking).
  • •Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies, and adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service and sales in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or relevant military service.
  • •Preferred: Bachelor’s degree plus 1+ year in customer service and sales in banking/financial services or goal-driven sales.
  • •Ability to build, deepen, and retain relationships.
  • •Demonstrates acumen in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, and presentation skills.
  • •Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services, and knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
