Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate proposed materials for inclusion in the physical library and help ensure alignment with defined criteria.
  • •Assist with coordinating across design, development, and sourcing teams to understand material usage and intent.
  • •Maintain library organization by identifying duplicates and outdated materials alongside the Manager/Senior Materials Librarian.
  • •Review, enter, and update material metadata in PLM and other systems to keep records accurate and consistent.
  • •Follow material governance standards and support cross-functional teams with material availability and basic material information.

Key Requirements

  • •Basic knowledge of footwear & apparel materials, properties, and construction.
  • •Familiarity with PLM systems or willingness to learn.
  • •Strong communication and coordination skills.
