Director, Senior Counsel, Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS)

Serve as lead counsel for the LADS international portfolio, advising business and legal leaders on international opportunity capture and program execution. Provide guidance on U.S. and international laws, compliance requirements, and risk allocation for government and commercial agreements. Draft, review, and negotiate cross-border contracts, advise program teams across the lifecycle, and manage outside counsel while coordinating with in-country personnel and partners.
