Senior Associate - Technology Operations Engineering

Oversee monitoring and maintenance of technology systems and network infrastructure to keep services reliable 24x7. Provide advanced technical support, manage and resolve incidents and service requests, and perform upgrades, updates, and backups. Configure and set up new hardware and software, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and support implementation of network security measures. Maintain detailed documentation, generate performance reports, and lead operational improvements through root-cause analysis and resiliency best practices.
