Job Summary

Strategic Customer Success Manager focusing on Spanish and Italian accounts across Europe. Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, turning them into happy users and advocates of Synthesia.
•Educate clients on the platform and work closely with Sales to create a cohesive onboarding experience for new users.
•Engage in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including the C-suite.
•Drive retention and growth of enterprise clients by monitoring health, ROI, and expansion opportunities.
•Coordinate and lead regular client check-ins with clear outcomes and attendance from senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Fluent in Spanish, Italian and English.
•Customer-facing experience in Customer Success Management / Client Service / Account Management / Technical Account Management / Implementation or similar, ideally in B2B SaaS.
•Experience in managing a Book of Business along with KPIs.
•Track record in managing risk, forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities.
•Successfully onboarding new clients and building key relationships in the first critical months and beyond.
