  • •Partner with business leaders and HR partners to support compensation decisions and ensure equitable, consistent, and competitive compensation practices.
  • •Conduct and review compensation analyses using internal and external benchmarking data, recommending solutions to address pay issues.
  • •Provide guidance on offers, promotions, job leveling, pay grade assignments, range placements, and retention actions aligned to compensation governance and philosophy.
  • •Support the development, administration, and communication of compensation programs and represent the Compensation team in cross-functional discussions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent related experience).

  • •3 years of experience with complex project management.
