Job Summary

Lead end-to-end real estate development projects across the UAE and the region, overseeing strategy, market analysis, feasibility, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and delivery from inception to completion. Partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders—finance, design, project management, procurement, contractors, consultants, and regulators—to manage risks, ensure compliance with local standards, and drive sustainability and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement strategic plans for real estate development projects and align them to organizational vision.
•Conduct market research to identify opportunities, assess feasibility, and perform competitor analysis.
•Oversee financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling, while monitoring costs and risks.
•Manage the development lifecycle from inception to completion, delivering milestones within timelines and budgets through cross-functional collaboration.
•Lead stakeholder relationship management and ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability practices, including regular reporting to senior management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (real estate, urban planning, architecture, engineering, business).
•10-15 years of experience in real estate development with successful delivery of large-scale/complex projects.
•Experience across all asset classes.
•Proven leadership and ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
•In-depth knowledge of local and regional real estate markets, regulations, and industry trends.
