Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess and resolve product and process issues throughout MQ-25 production using Boeing design principles and engineering judgment.
  • •Analyze design non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and develop engineering dispositions.
  • •Research and resolve technical, operational, and quality issues that can’t be addressed through standard customer/production processes.
  • •Develop interim and final engineering solutions to support safe, effective product operation.
  • •Support design reviews and Integrated Product Teams, represent engineering in the build environment, and help drive timely corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology/Computer Science/Data Science/Math/Physics/Chemistry (or non-U.S. equivalent related qualifications).
  • •2+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or an equivalent combination of work experience and technical education).
  • •Experience working with Material Review Board (MRB) product review.
  • •Experience working with Defense customers.
  • •Experience with tools such as Team Center, NX, IVT, MES, Gold, Aurora, VisMockup, Moonshine Shop, or Im-Dev.
