Key Responsibilities

•Develop, deliver, and maintain aircraft maintenance training for major OEM products
•Create and update multimedia and computer-assisted courseware using aviation maintenance experience and instructional skills
•Identify and support customer needs; resolve a wide range of instructional issues independently
•Deliver aircraft systems training using instructional aids such as multimedia presentations, aircraft components, and flight simulation tools
•Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure effective training and customer satisfaction

Key Requirements

•Proven experience working on Bombardier, Gulfstream, Dassault, Citation, or other Commercial or Business aircraft
•Working knowledge of mechanical or avionics aircraft systems
•Ability to resolve customer instructional issues autonomously
•Proficiency with Windows Suite, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word to develop, revise, and deliver training materials and presentations
•Preferred: Current aviation authority license such as TC, EASA, A&P, or equivalent
