Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the plant HR team with application review, interview scheduling, and offer creation/extension.
  • •Organize, schedule, and confirm interviews for hourly production hiring.
  • •Partner with the talent acquisition team to ensure candidate experience meets Tyson Foods guidelines.
  • •Assist with hiring processes aligned with compliance regulations and OFCCP guidelines.
  • •Take on additional duties such as orientation and I-9 processing as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
