•Analyze customer requirements, define opportunity sets, and position Salesforce multi-product solutions.
•Develop technical POVs on AI/Data Strategy, Context Architecture for AI, and Hybrid Architecture; run hands-on workshops and coordinate POCs.
•Lead cross-functional solution guides and share best practices with Solution Engineering community.
