Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in optimizing efficiency across the advertising funnel, including recall/rough-sort, fine-sort (CTR/CVR), personalization, and system resource allocation.
  • •Research and develop a global advanced advertising delivery system using ML/DL, RL, LLM, and scaling law for ads recommendation.
  • •Design and set up system frameworks and standards to continuously improve overall efficiency.
  • •Work with product and business teams across scenarios with global impact.
  • •Contribute to maintaining and improving a world-leading ranking model and framework to benefit collaborators, users, and customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • •Strong programming skills with C/C++ and Python, including familiarity with data structures and algorithms.
  • •Experience working in a Linux development environment.
  • •Solid analytical thinking and essential statistics knowledge.
  • •Theoretical grounding in deep learning, plus experience with at least one mainstream ML framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or MXNet).
