Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

  • •Capture information from supervisors and planning reports and build, communicate, and adjust action plans based on results.
  • •Maintain and troubleshoot equipment: perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, select and use accurate test equipment/tools, and align to standardized procedures.
  • •Monitor equipment performance, extract/validate data, measure process metrics, identify inaccuracy/inefficiency, and communicate trends/deviations to relevant personnel.
  • •Ensure equipment tracking documentation/record keeping is complete and reliable.
  • •Support customer service and continuous improvement projects, including assisting engineers on initiatives to improve yield and efficiency and performing FA analysis from PE requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • •Use validated troubleshooting methods to diagnose equipment problems and implement solutions.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and operate equipment/tools within manufacturers’ and company guidelines.
  • •Maintain accurate record keeping/documentation in an equipment tracking system.
  • •Familiarity with manufacturing systems, data analysis, programming, or Artificial Intelligence; Generative AI/AI Assistant experience is preferred.
