Job Summary

As Sr. GIS Partner Manager, cultivate and expand Esri's partner network in utilities, telecom, and rail by aligning partner strategies with Esri’s goals, mentoring teammates, and driving sales opportunities with systems integrators and distributors. Collaborate with internal teams, recruit new partners, and help partners define/refine Esri-based solutions while traveling domestically and internationally to strengthen market presence.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with others to develop sales and marketing plans for partners and align their plans with Esri’s goals while mentoring team members.
•Drive opportunities by identifying sales and sales development prospects with existing partners and systems integrators and leveraging CRM to manage the buying process.
•Drive results by engaging with key growth partners in the Esri Partner Network Program and crafting go-to-market plans.
•Be a strategic leader by advancing partner network business goals, representing Esri at events, and recruiting new partners.
•Travel domestically or internationally 25-50% to support partner campaigns and market development.

Salary: USD 107,120 - 182,104

Key Requirements

•5+ years of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience.
•Experience working in and supporting utilities, telecom, or rail.
•Experience managing the sales cycle, creating partnerships, and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
•Domestic and International experience with a business partner network and systems integrators.
•Expert visual storyteller and negotiator across all levels of an organization.
