  • •Act as primary escalation authority during validation—triage defects with product engineering teams, validate SMUs/patches, lead RCA using packet captures/debug logs/telemetry, and mentor consulting engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering (or equivalent) and 10–15+ years of relevant experience in service provider network design, testing, validation, or advanced technical delivery.
