Job Summary

Analyst to join the People & Culture team, supporting data-driven initiatives across onboarding, policy compliance, training coordination, engagement, and reporting. You’ll manage HR processes, tooling (HiBob, Confluence), and metrics to improve the employee lifecycle in a fully remote, globally distributed team.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in coordinating onboarding and orientation for new hires and training sessions, including surveys and follow-ups to identify insights
•Coordinate documentation and compliance with internal HR policies and maintain Confluence pages
•Track and report on mandatory training modules and respondent surveys to support improvements
•Support engagement initiatives and collaborate on annual engagement surveys to drive improvements
•Oversee HR data workflows and reporting in HiBob and maintain People metrics for periodic insights

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience in People Assistant, People Experience or a similar role, ideally in a remote, fast-paced or tech-driven environment
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
•Hands-on experience with HR systems ideally HiBob, including setting, navigating and reporting
•Writing, organizing, and managing documentation ideally in Confluence
