Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure Health, Safety & Environmental compliance by implementing safe work practices, SOPs, training, safety goals, and safety program monitoring.
  • •Direct and coordinate daily nonferrous operations, including scheduling equipment/personnel, workflow/layout planning, and loading/processing activities.
  • •Manage inventory and quality control by evaluating incoming material, maintaining inventory control (including WIP), and conducting time & weight analysis.
  • •Oversee equipment and maintenance needs by inspecting department equipment and submitting work orders and purchase orders.
  • •Coordinate shipping and material movement by partnering with customers and commercial operations, preparing manifests, addressing off-grade materials prior to shipment, and supporting budgeting/forecasting via inventory audits.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent, with strong mathematical skills.

  • •Self-starter with good organization, interpersonal communication, and supervisory experience (preferred).
