Job Summary

Review RFQ documents for ECMS, PMS, and electrical controls solutions (greenfield or upgrades) and build proposal content including bill of materials, configuration diagrams, compliance/deviation reporting, and accurate system costing. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, procurement, vendors, and Emerson SCM teams to secure quotes, run techno-commercial reviews, and manage customer technical expectations. Ensure proposals meet quality standards and timelines, including timely handover to Projects.

•Plan and prepare proposals on Ovation DCS, ECMS, and E&I package solutions.
•Work with Sales and Marketing to incorporate customer requirements into proposals.
•Conduct plant walk-down surveys to identify retrofit challenges.
•Coordinate with procurement and vendors for techno-commercial offers and best quotes for non-DCS/non-Emerson items.
•Complete proposal activities (e.g., LOA, Master Schedule) and document records in line with quality procedures.

Key Requirements

•B.Tech/B.E with 7-10 years of DCS/Power Plant Electrical/Proposals experience.

•Ability to use available tools to gain proficiency and deliver accurate proposal outputs.
•Good communication skills.
