Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and realize the manufacturing plan and build/manage plant organization aligned to dsm-firmenich guidelines.
  • •Ensure strict SHE and Q procedures are followed to maintain a safe and hygienic workplace.
  • •Attract, lead, coach, appraise, and develop team leaders, a production coordinator, and ~35 indirect report operators.
  • •Manage plant operations (daily cycle) and production planning in line with plan, requirements, and budget.
  • •Own plant capacity models and co-own the OEE process; execute site year and multi-year plans and participate in the site calamity on-call duty.

Key Requirements

  • •People management experience and a people-manager mindset, with the ability to coach and develop teams.
  • •Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a production plant environment, preferably in food or pharma.
  • •Minimum BSc educated in a relevant field (e.g., food technology, process technology, industrial engineering).
  • •Proven operational SHE and Q experience using industry standards such as PtW, LOTOTO, and GMP+.
  • •LSS GB or BB and proven success driving improvement projects; Dutch and English professional literacy.
