Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain BOM accuracy and audit bill of materials in MRP systems for PCB, PCBA, and electronic subassemblies supporting rate production.
  • •Aggregate end-to-end demand for PCB/PCBA and related electronic hardware to produce accurate demand signals for production.
  • •Set and manage inventory targets, review line of balances, align demand–supply signals and allocations, maintain product master data, and improve planning processes using SpaceX tools.
  • •Construct and execute supply plans to mitigate risk to continuity of supply, accounting for long-lead board materials, capacity constraints, and component availability.
  • •Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and sourcing on change cut-ins and obsolescence reduction; report MRP health metrics and recovery plans to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience in engineering, purchasing, contract negotiation, material/production planning, operations/supply chain management, material cost control, or master production scheduling; or 3+ years in lieu of a degree.
  • •Experience planning or supporting production for electronic hardware, including multitier BOMs and work orders.
  • •Technical knowledge of PCB, PCBA, electronic components, or board-level commodities (fabrication/assembly/manufacturing preferred).
  • •Familiarity with ERP systems and purchasing/planning functions.
  • •SQL and Power BI experience.
