Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete daily tasks as assigned and close out work orders on time.
  • •Serve as an emergency response coordinator for all shifts and ensure site emergency systems are operational.
  • •Execute lock-out/tag-out to safely deenergize equipment prior to use.
  • •Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical distribution systems and related equipment (including motors, controls, fire alarms, and clock systems).
  • •Install, troubleshoot, and repair new equipment and systems, and monitor outside contractor work for NEC and regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 1 year experience working in accordance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (OSHA, NFPA, NEC).
  • •Valid IL driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • •Minimum 1 year experience in electrical maintenance, facility/warehouse/manufacturing maintenance, or related trades (including plumbing, carpentry, and groundskeeping).
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment, plus 1 year using Microsoft Office applications (including Outlook).
