Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct thorough inspections of machined parts and finished goods, verifying conformance to customer specifications and quality standards using the ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 AQL sampling plan.
  • •Document inspection results, testing data, and non-conformances in accordance with ISO standards and the quality management system; maintain organized electronic records.
  • •Contribute to development, revision, and maintenance of inspection procedures and work instructions.
  • •Coordinate calibration of measurement and test equipment.
  • •Assist in customer complaint investigations and quality system audits, supporting root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 3 years of hands-on inspection experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment.

  • •Strong ability to use standard measuring equipment, including micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
  • •Experience with PC-DMIS and CMM operation is highly desirable.
  • •Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is a plus.
