Key Responsibilities

  • •Clean, prepare, and assemble combustion chamber assemblies and sub-assemblies for EB welding, laser welding, TIG welding, or brazing.
  • •Operate machinery (e.g., DAVI roll former, automated TIG welding, hydro-forming) and run automated equipment for surface prep or thermal barrier coatings.
  • •Read and interpret technical drawings and follow procedures, specifications, and test instructions using precision calibrated tools.
  • •Stage, install, set up, test, and de-tool thrust chamber assemblies and subassemblies.
  • •Operate test cell instrumentation, troubleshoot engines/cell systems, and accept or reject test units based on calculated data and results.
