Key Responsibilities

•Clean, prepare, and assemble combustion chamber assemblies and sub-assemblies for EB welding, laser welding, TIG welding, or brazing.
•Operate machinery (e.g., DAVI roll former, automated TIG welding, hydro-forming) and run automated equipment for surface prep or thermal barrier coatings.
•Read and interpret technical drawings and follow procedures, specifications, and test instructions using precision calibrated tools.
•Stage, install, set up, test, and de-tool thrust chamber assemblies and subassemblies.
•Operate test cell instrumentation, troubleshoot engines/cell systems, and accept or reject test units based on calculated data and results.
