Job Summary

Work with the Foreperson and Lead Installer to complete residential solar installation projects. You’ll ensure crew and jobsite safety, review inventory, and assemble and install solar modules, racking, mounts, and electrical equipment per project plans. Apply weather sealing, perform project and site clean-up, and support training on new products and installation methodology while meeting due dates and installation metrics.

•Partner with the Foreperson and Lead Installer to complete residential solar installation projects.
•Ensure personal, crew, and job site safety at all times and participate in safety training.
•Review inventory at the loading dock to ensure the assigned crew truck is stocked adequately.
•Complete layout and assemble solar modules, racking, structural/mechanical mounts, and electrical equipment per the project plan.
•Apply weather sealing and perform project clean-up of the client site and installation vehicle.

Salary: USD 21.82 - 29.09 hourly
