Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute end-to-end recruitment for hourly and manufacturing roles, including sourcing, phone screening, selection guidance, and offer/pre-employment process management.
  • •Creatively source and engage candidates using ATS, Google products, TA technology, and internet sourcing tools to build proactive talent pipelines.
  • •Partner with North American HR teams and business leaders to forecast hiring needs, run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and lead staffing update meetings.
  • •Benchmark and improve recruiting processes by leading divisional talent acquisition projects and participating in training to refine standard work and candidate experience.
  • •Analyze hiring trends using data-driven insights, drive progress updates, ensure consistent communication across teams, and handle related administrative tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
  • •3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with preference for high-volume and/or manufacturing recruiting.
  • •Demonstrated experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with recruitment technologies and internet sourcing tools.
  • •Knowledge of OFCCP and EEO guidelines, including advising on compliance requirements.
  • •Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with stakeholder influence and adaptability to changing priorities.
