Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop MOT design packages for highway improvement projects, including key MOT deliverables.
  • •Create traffic control plans, profiles, cross sections, and typical cross sections for MOT work.
  • •Prepare temporary signing and pavement markings, detour routes, and related MOT components.
  • •Support all aspects of MOT design across the project lifecycle, working on alternative delivery assignments.
  • •Collaborate with the team on MOT engineering and CAD deliverables for regional transportation mega-projects.

Key Requirements

  • •MOT CAD Designers: BS degree or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience.
  • •Junior Level Engineers: BS in Engineering plus 2 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Mid-Level Engineers: BS in Engineering plus 6 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads: BS in Engineering plus 10 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Preferred: EIT certification or PE license, and/or a master’s degree in engineering.
