Key Responsibilities

  • •Use operational data, performance insights, and improvement practices to support safe, reliable and efficient train service delivery.
  • •Monitor inland rail production, train service delivery, asset availability, and operational performance outcomes.
  • •Analyse production losses, delays, disruptions, utilisation, and service performance trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  • •Develop and maintain production reports, dashboards, and insights for daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews.
  • •Coordinate investigations into production losses and operational inefficiencies, identify root causes, and support corrective actions.
