Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ebury’s Institutional Solutions business, translating treasury problems into technology- and analytics-driven outcomes. Partner with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations, and Dealing to define requirements, epics, and user stories. Drive competitor analysis and market understanding across FX, derivatives, and interest income, while deepening expertise in treasury management and legal technology workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Discover key treasury problems and opportunities for private market participants and their service providers.
•Solve problems through technology, analytics, product, and operations.
•Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to cross-functional teams.
•Collaborate to define requirements, epics, and user stories to ensure successful product outcomes.
•Identify high-impact opportunities (FX, derivatives, interest income, and regional growth) and run competitor analysis to inform the roadmap.

Key Requirements

•Experience with treasury products including FX derivatives, interest rate derivatives, and cash management.
•Knowledge of financial markets technology stacks (e.g., treasury management, asset management, banks, or fintechs).
•Experience with cash management products such as money market funds, deposit optimisation, and cash pooling.
•Multiple years of product building experience as a product or operations leader in a hands-on role.
•Experience developing and executing product strategies involving financial systems or regulations.
