Own and execute the EMEA South regional field marketing strategy across key European markets. •Develop and execute regional field marketing plans and event strategies aligned to revenue goals.
•Plan and deliver small executive events and large industry activations across Europe with Sales and Global Marketing.
•Collaborate with Partner Marketing to launch joint programs that drive partner engagement and co-sell opportunities.
•Enable Sales and SDR teams with consistent messaging, coordinated outreach, and follow-up around key events.
•Work with Demand Generation and RevOps to optimize event promotion, lead flow, reporting, and improve pipeline contribution and ROI.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of field marketing experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
•Ability to build trusted partnerships with Sales, SDRs, and partner teams.
•Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
•Creative, strategic thinker who can design memorable event experiences.
•Fluent English communicator; fluency or minimum C2 in French (Arabic, Spanish, or Italian are a plus).
