Key Responsibilities

  • •Support test rack builds and specialized hardware assemblies, including DAQ systems.
  • •Build, assemble, modify, and inspect electrical harnesses to support engineering and test schedules.
  • •Assemble and integrate avionics test hardware, fixtures, instrumentation, and lab equipment.
  • •Configure and operate environmental test equipment and verify DAQ/measurement-system operation prior to test execution.
  • •Execute test procedures, monitor and review test data, document results, and escalate anomalies or equipment issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience with electrical/electromechanical assembly, including test racks and cable/harness fabrication.
  • •Ability to read and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, harness drawings, assembly drawings, and engineering documentation.
  • •Experience operating and maintaining environmental test equipment including thermal chambers, humidity chambers, HALT systems, and/or electrodynamic vibration systems.
  • •Experience installing and verifying test instrumentation (thermocouples, load cells, accelerometers) and DAQ systems.
  • •Hands-on experience configuring laboratory measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, electronic loads, and power supplies.
