Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively manage and coordinate the leader’s daily schedule, calendar, travel, and meetings, handling rescheduling as priorities change.
  • •Act as the first point of contact for high volumes of phone/email communication, triaging requests and facilitating communication with senior management.
  • •Lead preparation and follow-up for meetings and events, including scheduling, AV setup, telepresence logistics, and assembling agendas/materials.
  • •Oversee department file management, including electronic document systems, wikis, and project management tools to keep records organized and up to date.
  • •Handle office administration and special projects, including ordering supplies, managing subscriptions/memberships, and serving as backup for other assistants as needed.
