•Lead analysis of user needs and create interaction concepts, design principles, and experience requirements across domains.
•Partner with cross-functional product development teams and Marketing to define and verify customer and patient experience.
•Work with R&D and developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented effectively.
•Facilitate workflow assessments, design sprints, and concept development while delivering consistent experiences using the Philips Design language.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of UX/UI design experience, including work on enterprise software and mobile devices.
•Fluency with AI-assisted prototyping (Vibe Coding) and using AI coding tools such as Claude, GPT, and VSC to move from concept to working prototypes quickly.
•Ability to build functional prototypes that demonstrate real interactions (not just specs).
•Systems thinking to understand how design changes affect connected devices, apps, and clinical workflows.
•A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design or UX/UI Design (or a related technical/design field).
