Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Country General Manager and regional leadership, advising commercial and financial insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
  • •Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to evaluate new opportunities, investments, partnerships, and commercial transactions.
  • •Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, delivering management reporting, financial analysis, and performance scorecards to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • •Oversee country finance operations including accounting, treasury, cash flow management, month-end/quarter-end/year-end close, and financial statement preparation under IFRS.
  • •Ensure compliance with corporate policies, IFRS, local statutory and tax requirements; manage audits, governance, internal controls, and risk management while optimizing costs and resolving operational backlogs.

Key Requirements

  • •10–15 years of progressive finance experience across commercial finance, FP&A, financial control, and business partnering, ideally in multinational organisations.
  • •Proven experience acting as a strategic finance business partner in a matrix organisation, influencing senior stakeholders to support commercial decision-making.
  • •Strong expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, business case development, and performance reporting.
  • •Experience leading finance operations and strengthening governance and internal controls, including process improvement and automation.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field; professional accounting qualification such as CPA/CA/ACCA (or equivalent) preferred, with strong IFRS knowledge.
