Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the people in the unit and drive performance against KPIs
  • •Standardize, optimize, and improve order handling functions within the unit and ensure timely communication with customers and internal teams
  • •Own the S&OP process, collaborating with BU/Sales to establish forecast accuracy and supply requirements
  • •Forecast factory demand and develop factory forecasts based on BU and Sales input; coordinate with Sales on order prioritization and delivery commitments
  • •Maintain detailed records, generate reports, and develop analytics, systems and data management capabilities to support visibility across the supply chain

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • •3-5 years of management responsibility
  • •1-3 years' work experience in multinational manufacturing companies
  • •Solid English ability and comfortable working globally in English
  • •Working knowledge of ERP systems
