Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

•Install and commission HP Indigo digital presses at customer locations (Field Engineer Duties)
•Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and process-related issues (Field Engineer Duties)
•Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and press calibrations (Field Engineer Duties)
•Provide on-site and remote technical support (Field Engineer Duties)
•Maintain service records, technical documentation, and reports (Field Engineer Duties)
•Deliver structured Ramp-Up training programs to new customers (Customer Success Support Duties)
•Educate press operators on operation, maintenance, color management, and troubleshooting (Customer Success Support Duties)
•Assess operator proficiency and adapt training accordingly (Customer Success Support Duties)
•Serve as a technical mentor during the first 30–90 days of production ramp-up (Customer Success Support Duties)
•Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Applications, Customer Success) to ensure smooth handover (Cross-Org)

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 50,000 - 70,000 annually

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
•Typically 6-8 years of related work experience in HP products or similar field
•HP Indigo Certification(s) or prior experience with HP Indigo presses (preferred)
•Familiarity with DFE/RIP software (e.g., HP Smart Stream, Esko, EFI)
•Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
