Key Responsibilities

•Support and coordinate with the line manager in the implementation and operations phases.
•Identify potential risks, issues, and challenges.
•Partner closely with the Senior Manager Operations & Fleet to streamline transportation services for internal and external clients, ensuring safe and dependable operation.
•Take leadership in navigating unforeseen obstacles such as roadblocks, weather-related incidents, accidents, and the dynamic landscape of transportation within the village.
•Collaborate with the Management team to monitor and address deviations from SLAs related to transportation issues, ensuring compliance and a flawless transport experience.

Key Requirements

•25 years old or above.
•3+ years of experience in an operational mobility role or similar position.
•Minimum of a high school diploma.
•Tech-savvy with knowledge of fleet management systems.
•Fast typing with experience in data entry.
