Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage and resolve complex, end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, delivering a superior offboarding experience.
  • •Provide trusted guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes to ensure legal compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and external employees (e.g., workforce reduction consultations, administrative hearings, negotiations in separations and settlements).
  • •Draft and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining employee records with privacy and confidentiality requirements.
  • •Serve as first point of informal escalation and subject-matter expert for employee relations and offboarding, while tracking cases and driving process improvements and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Independently manage voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Strong employee relations knowledge, including progressive discipline approaches and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, and translate findings into actionable recommendations in ambiguous environments.
  • •Business-level (advanced) proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
