Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate daily warehouse operations and support a team of 15+ employees to achieve shared goals.
  • •Ensure processes are clearly documented and consistently followed across the team.
  • •Plan and adjust staffing levels based on forecasts and operational targets.
  • •Monitor key performance indicators, quality metrics, and productivity data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • •Promote a safe and compliant working environment by supporting QEHS standards and reporting incidents or risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, including team coordination or supervisory responsibilities
  • •Ability to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written). Dutch is a bonus
  • •Confidence in working with data, reporting tools, and systems (e.g. Microsoft Office and warehouse systems)
  • •Ability to plan work, manage priorities, and adapt in a changing environment
  • •Dutch language is a bonus (preferred)
