Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate daily warehouse operations and support a team of 15+ employees to achieve shared goals.
•Ensure processes are clearly documented and consistently followed across the team.
•Plan and adjust staffing levels based on forecasts and operational targets.
•Monitor key performance indicators, quality metrics, and productivity data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
•Promote a safe and compliant working environment by supporting QEHS standards and reporting incidents or risks.

Key Requirements

•Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, including team coordination or supervisory responsibilities
•Ability to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written). Dutch is a bonus
•Confidence in working with data, reporting tools, and systems (e.g. Microsoft Office and warehouse systems)
•Ability to plan work, manage priorities, and adapt in a changing environment
•Dutch language is a bonus (preferred)
