Job Summary

Own General Trade and drugstore channel strategy, aligning customer-level sales plans with company objectives across net revenue, gross margin, and working capital. Build channel business plans, recommend 4P execution, and drive market share growth with the marketing team. Manage account trade spending and investment ROI, analyze forecasts and reports for performance and budgeting, and deliver monthly sales targets, quarterly KPIs, and annual goals while tracking market trends and competitors.

Key Responsibilities

•Own General Trade and drugstore channel strategy, and manage ongoing customer relationships aligned to business objectives.
•Develop and implement customer sales strategy covering net revenue, COP, gross margin, and working capital.
•Create channel business plans, recommend assortment and 4P execution, and partner with the marketing team to drive sales growth and market share.
•Manage accounts’ trade spending and investment management to maximize ROI.
•Analyze sales forecasts and reports to monitor performance, forecast accuracy, and support annual budgeting and management reviews.

Key Requirements

•Over 5+ years trade sales experience in FMCG, with strong focus on General Trade or key account experience.
•Experience in trade marketing/shopper marketing is preferred.

•Proficient English and strong communication in English, Chinese, and Taiwanese; good MS-Office skills.
